Our fresh, organic handmade Ecuadorian food comes from family recipes and decades of feeding happy, hungry crowds. We believe that even in the busiest of days and the fastest of meals, food should be an experience. Each bite is a moment filled with flavor and the power to transport you across the world.
At Que Gusto Catering we won’t box you in with standard menus or structured meal plans. We love the creativity that comes with designing a menu with you, centered on the foods you like with your budget in mind. If you are looking for something else let us know, we have a great variety of menu options.
We are excited to bring our recipes and experience from Ecuador to share with Tulsa. We hope you try one of our empanadas and think to yourself "Que Gusto."
We called our company Que Gusto because it’s a pleasure to cook, a pleasure to serve, and a pleasure to eat.

We moved our family to Tulsa from Ecuador in 2012. The recipes that we use have been developed over many years. When I was 10, I started selling granola and cookies. I grew up working in a restaurant with my mother and have loved cooking ever since. - Carla
At Que Gusto, we believe real food should be nourishing, honest, and full of flavor. That’s why we prepare everything from scratch using only the highest quality ingredients, thoughtfully sourced and handled with care.
Our ingredients are organic, locally sourced, and clean. We use grass-finished dairy, beef, and lamb, pasture-raised organic pork, and organic chicken, all non-GMO, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and free from preservatives or artificial colors.
We’re proud to be a Seed Oil-Free restaurant, cooking only with the finest natural fats:
Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Grass-Fed Tallow, Organic Lard, Grass-Fed Lamb Fat, Grass-Fed Butter, and Ghee.
Our fryer uses pure avocado oil, no chemicals, no compromises. We never use harsh fryer-cleaning chemicals, ensuring a cleaner, healthier experience for you.
Every detail matters to us, we cook with filtered water and stainless steel pans to maintain purity and preserve the integrity of every ingredient.
Sustainability is part of our daily practice. All our packaging is biodegradable or recyclable, so you can enjoy delicious food that’s kind to both your body and the planet.
